In-class Support
LARC assistants are regularly scheduled during all class times to provide on-the-spot technology support for faculty and students. Beyond troubleshooting, our assistants can provide additional support and training to help instructors use available tools effectively, engage students, and explore new ways to integrate technology into their teaching.

One-on-one Consultations
Whether you need help creating digital learning materials or assessments, want to find out what learning technology options are available for you to use for teaching, or you need dedicated time to learn a specific tool, you can schedule a one-on-one consultation with our learning technologies coordinator, Mari Ocando Finol. Appointments are available by request at the link below, and normally last 30 minutes, but can be extended up to an hour.
Walk-Throughs
Language Space rooms provide uniquely flexiblem space and technology that distinguishes them from other classroom setups. Because of this, we encourage instructors to meet with our team to conduct a walk-through of the space they have booked, and learn about the wide range of teaching possibilities that our spaces make possible.

Tech Workshops
LARC offers hands-on workshops designed to help faculty explore and confidently use technologies for language teaching and learning. Workshops cover LARC-supported tools including Sanako Connect, Solstice Mersive, and LinguaForm, as well as instructional technologies, accessibility, and emerging technologies, with an emphasis on practical applications instructors can bring directly into their teaching.
