Getting Started
LinguaForm is an online software created for oral production and listening comprehension testing. Current supported languages are Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, and Chinese.

Before you create a test or have the students take the test, you will need to:
To create your LinguaForm account:
Important! Under Institution, be sure to type out San Diego State University, and do not use initials (e.g.: SDSU) or list the campus (e.g. Imperial Valley). |
Normally, students will use LinguaForm when an assessment has been created by their teacher. Students must then create a LinguaForm account in order to take the assessment.
To create your LinguaForm account:
- Visit https://larclinguaform.sdsu.edu/
- Select Sign up.
- Fill out the form, creating a password of your own choice. You will need to remember this password when you take the test.
- Check your email for a confirmation email from LinguaForm. In this email, click on the confirmation link.
- A new page will open with a registration form. Fill in the information, typing in your password again, and selecting/typing your country of residence, institution, and languages you speak and/or are learning, as well as gender. Note that fields are mandatory. Under Languages you are learning, you may choose the language you teach.
